Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return items that are not personalised for a refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) within 30 days from the date of shipment from our warehouse, or within 14 days for pre-owned items. The original outbound shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
All returned or exchanged items must be returned in new, unworn condition with all original packaging, certificates, and the original sales receipt. Any signs of wear, damage, or removal of parts may result in refusal of the return or in a restocking fee.
Personalised, engraved, or made-to-order items are not eligible for return or exchange. This exclusion is permitted under Article VI.53, 3° of the Belgian Code of Economic Law, transposing EU Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights.
If your order arrives with visible damage, discrepancies, or is not what you ordered, please contact Lera Treyger Customer Care within 3 days of delivery at info@leratreyger.com so we can resolve the issue.
How to return or exchange an item
- Place the original package inside a secure outer shipping carton. Do not place shipping labels or stickers directly on the branded packaging.
- Include the invoice and specify the reason for return; for defective items, please describe the issue.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer. We are not responsible for parcels that are lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within fourteen (14) days of our receipt and inspection of the returned goods. The 30-day (or 14-day for pre-owned) return window represents a contractual right granted by Lera Treyger and goes beyond, but does not waive, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU where applicable.
